Kevin and Karen Osborne have several years counselling experience.
Kevin Osborne has received his Bachelor of Theology, majoring in Pastoral Theology from Canada Christian College and Graduate School in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He has received his Bachelor of Arts in Clinical Counselling and his Master of Arts in Clinical Counselling, majoring in Traumatology. He received a Doctorate in Psychology with a focus on individual, group and child therapy. These three degrees are from St. James the Elder University which offers a unique program specializing in the treatment of trauma. He has been a provincial and federal rehabilitation corrections counsellor. He worked as a pastor in Timmins, Ontario and Thompson, Manitoba. He has been a volunteer social advocate for over 16 years. He has been an assistant professor of English as a second language at Kwandong University in Kangnung, South Korea, and a teaching missionary there.

Karen Osborne has been a family services worker and assisted teenage women in dealing with the challenges of pregnancy and motherhood. She has done suicide prevention work. She has served as executive assistant to a Director of Emergency Disaster Services in Toronto. She is taking a Master of Divinity at the University of Toronto majoring in counselling.
